GigTag

GigTag for agents and managers

Twenty acts, and a link you can send for every one of them.

If you look after several acts, you answer the same message again and again: send me something on the band. A GigTag gives every act a clean page you can send to a client, with a booking form, and the tag they take to the gig.

  • A page per act to send clients
  • More than one act on Pro
  • Booking form and invoices

The problem

Every act has a different PDF

Your acts have a mix of old PDFs, social links and half-updated websites. When a client asks for options, you spend the evening finding a video for each and checking the dates are right.

Then the act turns up and no one at the venue knows how to find them again, so the next booking has to come back through you, or not at all.

What GigTag does

One code, four jobs done for you

  1. Free

    A page for each act

Photos, videos, links and a bio in each act's own look. You send the link, and the client sees the act, not your filing.

  2. Free

    A tag for each act

Each act takes its own tag to the gig. Guests follow, tip and ask about booking, and the act is easier to find again.

  3. Free

A booking form for each act

Enquiries arrive with the date, the venue and the guest count, so you can quote the first time.

  4. Pro

    Many acts, invoices and tips

Pro allows more than one act under one account, with no limit on how many. It also covers tips to each act's own account and invoices for bookings.

A night with GigTag

A week of function bookings

A client asks for a wedding band and a DJ for the same night. You send two links, one for each, and she watches both on her phone in the car.

The band takes its tag to the gig. Guests scan it, and a guest asks about a corporate event in the spring. The enquiry arrives through the band's page, and you pick it up.

Questions

GigTag for agents and managers: your questions

Is GigTag a booking marketplace?

No. It does not list acts for strangers to browse or find clients. It gives each act a page, a tag and a booking form for people who already know them.

Is it an agency CRM?

No. It does not track leads, commissions or contracts. It is the act's page, tag, booking form and invoices.

How many acts can I have?

On Pro, as many as you manage. The free plan is one act.

Do tips go through me?

No. Tips go straight to each act's own Ziina or Stripe account, and GigTag takes 0%.
