GigTag for wedding bands and musicians
Wedding enquiries in one place, and a first dance nobody has to shout for.
Most wedding work arrives in pieces: a DM, a voice note, a date by email. A GigTag page gives couples one place to read about you and one form to send the details, and gives guests a way to request a song without cornering the bandleader.
- Enquiry form with the date and venue
- Invoices paid online
- Guests request, you decide
The problem
Five channels for one booking
A couple finds you on Instagram (or found your DJ first), asks a question on WhatsApp, sends the venue by email and wants a price by Friday. You assemble the booking from four conversations and a screenshot.
Then on the night, a guest asks for a song while you are mid-set, and a second guest asks for the same one, and the bride's uncle holds up a note with a title on it.
What GigTag does
One code, four jobs done for you
- Free
One enquiry form
The couple fills in the event, the date, the guest count and the venue. You get it as a single message, and you can reply with a price and a hold.
- Pro
Invoices they can pay online
Send a deposit or balance invoice in your own design. They pay it by card through your connected Ziina or Stripe account, and it shows in your dashboard as paid.
- Pro
A request queue for the evening
Guests send suggestions from their table. You read the queue between songs, keep to the couple's list and play the ones that suit the room.
- Pro
A band page with the whole line-up
Every member joins with their own account and shows on the band page, with their own links. Hired session players can send their own page instead. Nobody shares a password.
A night with GigTag
A Saturday in October, 120 guests
Three months earlier the couple scanned your tag at a friend's party, read your page and sent the enquiry form. You replied the next morning and sent a deposit invoice that evening. It was paid before the weekend.
On the night the tag sits on the keyboard stand. The couple's must-play list is in your song list, and guests can only choose from that. A cousin tips with her request. At the end three guests ask who you are, and the tag answers them.

Questions
GigTag for wedding bands and musicians: your questions
Does GigTag find me wedding clients?
No. It is not a marketplace or a directory. It makes it easy for couples who already know of you to read your page, hear your music and send you the details.
Can I send a deposit invoice?
Yes, on Pro. You send the invoice in your own design and the client pays it online. GigTag takes 0%, and the payment provider charges its own fees.
Can I stop guests requesting songs the couple have ruled out?
Yes. Use your own song list and guests can only choose from it, or turn requests off for the formal parts of the evening.
How many members can be on the band page?
A band can list the whole line-up. Each member makes their own free account and joins, so everyone shows on the page.
